Job Summary

Workplace

• The position is based in the TWG Tea Salon and Boutique in Dubai.
• The role requires regular in-person service, retail, food and beverage, and cash-handling duties.

Core Responsibilities

• Offer friendly and efficient service to all guests.
• Process guest orders and ensure items are prepared and served promptly.
• Set up and clear down front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Follow food safety regulations according to NEA policy.
• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of service ware.
• Promote and sell products and food and beverage items to walk-in customers.
• Handle customer needs, complaints, and enquiries.
• Handle cash and the POS system and report daily cash takings.
• Record daily sales reports and account for all food, beverage, and product items.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in F&B operations is required.
• Luxury goods industry experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Arabic or Russian is required to communicate with relevant guests.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• A pleasant, well-groomed, hands-on, customer-focused approach is required.
