Role Overview
Provide day-to-day administrative, secretarial, and reception support.
Assist with the smooth operation and coordination of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle emails, phone calls, correspondence, and general office documentation.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and other administrative activities.
- Prepare basic reports, letters, presentations, and documents.
- Maintain organized files, records, and office documents.
- Support general office administration, management, and other departments.
Requirements
- Two to four years of relevant experience in administration, secretarial work, or a similar role.
- Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask.
- Based in Abu Dhabi and willing to work longer hours when required.
- UAE work experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Fixed monthly salary of AED 5,000 to AED 9,000.
- Overtime pay is provided in addition to the fixed salary for approved additional working hours.
