About the Role

Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting records
- Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
- Prepare VAT documentation and support tax compliance
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents
- Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements
- Support internal and external audits
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates with strong academic background encouraged)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books)
- Basic knowledge of UAE VAT regulations is an advantage
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills in English

Job Summary
- We are looking for a detail oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team.
- The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist in preparing financial reports while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting records.
- Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.

Qualifications

Compensation
- Pay: AED 2,500 AED 3,500 per month
