We are seeking a compassionate and skilled **Registered Nurse (RN)** to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes.
The ideal candidate is patient-focused, organized, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with physicians and care teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes in accordance with care plans
- Assess patient conditions and monitor progress
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as ordered
- Educate patients and family members on disease management and care techniques
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Communicate effectively with GP Doctor, case managers, and other healthcare professionals
- Follow DHA regulations
Qualifications
- Active **D**HA License
- Minimum [1–2] years of nursing experience (home health experience preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
