Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records and update financial transactions
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Prepare invoices, payment records, and supporting documents
- Assist with bank reconciliations and account statements
- Maintain proper filing and organization of financial documents
- Assist in preparing financial reports and other accounting related tasks
- Maintain and update payroll records and ensure accurate salary related documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial and payment matters
- Monitor expenses and maintain proper records
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance of all financial information
Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or any related accounting/finance background
- Minimum 1 year UAE experience in accounting
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial procedures, and documentation
- Experience in payroll processing and accounting operations
- Familiarity with Zoho Accounting or other accounting software is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English
