- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, property owners, and contractors
- Identify potential projects and convert leads into business opportunities
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow ups
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in UAE in Interior Design & Fit Out, Construction Industry, or Real Estate Sector
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self motivated and target oriented personality
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently
- Valid UAE experience is preferred
- English is required
- Arabic speaking candidates are highly encouraged
- Tagalog speaking candidates are also welcome

- MultiPlus Decoration Design & Fitout LLC is a well established interior design and fit out company in Dubai with over 13 years of experience. We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Female Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and bring fit out, renovation, and interior design projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, property owners, and contractors.

Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000
- Attractive Commission: 2% – 5% based on project value
