We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Account Manager to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone who is fluent in Arabic and has a keen interest in account management.
As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met, and facilitating effective communication between the clients and our team.

Responsibilities
- Maintain strong and lasting relationships with Arabic-speaking clients.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of client proposals.
- Identify new business opportunities within the existing client portfolio.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
- Monitor client account activity to ensure consistent service and satisfaction.
- Resolve client issues and disputes in a timely and effective manner.
- Keep updated records of client communications and transactions.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on service offerings.
- Provide feedback to management for process improvements and client retention strategies.
- Support the account management team in administrative tasks and client follow-ups.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform client strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic, both spoken and written, is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
- Proven ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Experience in account management or customer service is an advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is expected.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
