Responsibilities
- Run the process line and equipment systematically and effectively to achieve production targets
- Perform and report hourly process control checks
- Conduct quality wall meetings at required intervals
- Ensure raw materials are available for production run near the line
- Maintain hygiene and housekeeping of equipment and work station
- Monitor and minimize energy usage (water, electricity, gas)
- Collect and report material wastages, summarize material usage daily, and calculate material efficiency
- Manage process workers under the line (break time, cleaning during change flavour, time in/out)
- Report all health hazards within workplace to immediate Direct Manager
- Support IPS audits and Food safety audits
Requirements
- Minimum of two years working experience in a manufacturing processing environment (waived in lieu of tertiary background)
- Industrial training institute graduate (ITI) or equivalent
- Basic communication skills
- Good working attitude
- Able to handle and operate process equipment independently

Responsibilities
- The Basic Job of process operator is to run the Process line and equipment systematically and effectively.
- Achieve production targets by increasing line efficiency and minimizing process waste.
- Gather hourly data of process control checks, conduct quality wall meetings, maintain hygiene and housekeeping.
- Alert on food safety hazards and highlight issues to Direct Managers.
- Summarize daily material usage and calculate material, seasoning, and oil efficiency.
- Monitor and minimize energy usage such as Water, Electricity and gas.
- Manage process workers on assigned stations and maintain good manufacturing practice.
- Operate, control and maintain processing equipment to convert raw materials into final product in accordance with KPIs.
Qualifications
- Should be at least industrial training institute graduate (ITI).
- Basic communication skills.
- Should have a good working attitude.
- Able to handle and operate the process equipment independently.
- Must have a minimum of two years working experience in a manufacturing processing environment, waived in lieu of tertiary background.
