Responsibilities
- Run the process line and equipment systematically and effectively.
- Achieve production targets by increasing line efficiency and minimizing waste.
- Gather hourly data of process control checks and conduct quality wall meetings.
- Maintain hygiene and housekeeping; alert on food safety hazards.
- Summarize daily material usage and calculate material, seasoning, and oil efficiency.
- Monitor and minimize energy usage such as water, electricity, and gas.
- Manage process workers and maintain good manufacturing practice.
Principal Accountabilities
- Make decisions based on best possible utilization to achieve maximum output.
- Repair and maintain processing equipment to maintain line efficiency.
- Authority to stop production if out of specification.
- Ensure raw materials are available for production.
- Ensure equipment is hygienically maintained and in good working condition.
- Achieve required line efficiency and material efficiency targets.
- Report health hazards and communicate daily issues to other shifts.
Additional Information
- Support IPS audits and food safety audits.
- Effective utilization of energy such as water, gas, electricity.
- Implement, sustain, and participate in continual improvement of EHS Management System.
