Job Summary
To promptly submit bills to Client and contractors for supply and erection work done. Get timely the payments certified and cleared for payment. Close follow up with client’s project, account and finance team for release of payments and guarantees at every stage .
Job Responsibilities
- Timely Submission of Supply & Erection Bills for measure and pay orders.
- Collect the outstanding payments as per payment schedules.
- Generate MIS for billing and collections of sales accounts.
- Update Sales and Company management on submission of billing and payment millstones for Measure and pay Structural Steel Jobs.
- Coordinates with site team for certification of quantities. Keep track for any additional work done at site and generate billing for extra claims. Prepare justification with the help of site team for extra claims
- Coordinates with Quality, Engineering, Plant for document submission requirements with billing
- Submit reports for collection plan and deviations to credit department.
Candidate Requirements
- Age Range: Up to 32 years.
- Should have knowledge of Drawing data extraction
- Should have knowledge of Quantity estimation and surveying
- Should have knowledge of MS Office and tally
- Diploma in Civil/ Mechanical / Industrial Engineering with industry experience of minimum 3 - 5 years. (or)
- B. Tech in Civil/ Mechanical / Industrial Engineering with industry experience of minimum 1 - 3 years.
