Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

• Build an understanding of the business's value drivers.
• Create key performance indicator analytics for qualitative reporting.
• Cover business performance, balanced scorecard, business development opportunities, budgets, and forecasts.
• Analyze market and revenue performance, promotions, pricing, capital expenditure approvals, cash flow, and working capital.
• Analyze cost levels and customer profitability.
• Provide analysis for monthly reports to help management understand continuing and developing trends.
• Support business planning and forecasting processes.
• Liaise with business managers and provide trusted, decision-aiding analysis.
• Contribute to project work and specialist ad hoc reporting.

Candidate Requirements

• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of post-qualification professional experience within finance.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and interpret key business drivers.
• Sound knowledge of financial and management accounting concepts.
• Previous ERP experience is desirable.
• Ability to work across functions and teams and perform on unstructured assignments.
• Positive attitude and flexibility in a multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
