Role Overview
Maintain and enhance customer relationships while ensuring efficient delivery of customer requests and contractual deliverables.
Use NIQ platforms, CSO, and MSD to triage requests, resolve queries, and support customer experience.
Manage one to five customers or one NIQ market as the first point of contact for designated customers.
Responsibilities
- Execute and improve reporting, database management, delivery management, and data quality tasks.
- Deliver snapshots and data extracts according to contractual terms, success criteria, and tracking mechanisms.
- Triage customer requests across markets and coordinate resolutions with NielsenIQ teams.
- Partner with market Customer Service teams using defined job aids and process designs.
- Meet KPIs for on-time delivery, data accuracy, and work discipline.
- Investigate data, process, and product queries and coordinate related changes.
- Standardize and automate deliverables through effective change management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; business administration, analytics, mathematics, statistics, economics, or engineering is preferred.
- Analytical skills and aptitude for data and operational processes.
