- Review BOQs, technical drawings, and project specifications
- Prepare accurate quantity take offs and cost estimates
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Prepare detailed costing sheets, tender submissions, and comparative analyses
- Handle RFIs and coordinate tender documentation
- Prepare variation quotations and support project billing
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Procurement, and Accounts teams throughout project lifecycle
Requirements
- Proven experience in Joinery & Interior Fit Out Estimation
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, quantity take offs, costing, and tendering
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimation software
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Detail oriented with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- We are looking for an experienced Joinery Estimator to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Review BOQs, technical drawings, and project specifications.
- Prepare accurate quantity take offs and cost estimates.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
