We are seeking a skilled Joinery Estimator to join our team, responsible for reviewing BOQs, technical drawings, and preparing accurate cost estimates for high-end joinery and interior fit-out projects.

- Review BOQs, technical drawings, and project specifications
- Prepare accurate quantity take offs and cost estimates
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare detailed costing sheets and comparative analyses
- Handle RFIs, tender submissions, and related documentation
- Participate in client discussions, negotiations, and BOQ revisions
- Prepare variation quotations and assist with project billing
- Coordinate closely with Design, Production, and Accounts teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in Joinery & Interior Fit Out Estimation
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, costing, and tendering procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Proactive, analytical, and team oriented mindset
