Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, BOQs, technical drawings, and project specifications
- Prepare accurate quantity take offs, cost estimates, and pricing proposals
- Source, evaluate, and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Prepare detailed costing sheets, tender submissions, and commercial comparisons
- Manage RFIs, clarifications, and tender documentation
- Prepare variation quotations and support project cost control and billing requirements
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Procurement, and Accounts teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain awareness of current material costs, supplier rates, and market trends to ensure competitive pricing
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Joinery and Interior Fit Out Estimation, preferably within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of joinery materials, manufacturing processes, and interior fit out works
- Excellent understanding of BOQs, quantity take offs, costing, and tender procedures
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, joinery drawings, and project specifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimation software
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, BOQs, technical drawings, and project specifications.
- Prepare accurate quantity take offs, cost estimates, and pricing proposals.
