Job Title: Senior QA/QC Engineer – Offshore Project

Role Overview

Quality Management

• Implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001, ADNOC Offshore specifications, and project requirements.
• Review Project Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans, Method Statements, and Quality Procedures.
• Monitor project activities for conformance and support the Project Quality Manager with quality objectives and performance indicators.

Inspection and Surveillance

• Conduct quality surveillance of fabrication, construction, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate inspections with ADNOC Offshore representatives, third-party inspectors, and subcontractors.
• Witness hydrotesting, pressure testing, NDT, welding, coating, and mechanical completion activities.

Welding, NDT, and Materials

• Review and approve WPS, PQR, and Welder Qualification Records and monitor welding against ASME, AWS, and project requirements.
• Verify RT, UT, MT, PT, and visual inspection activities and review related reports.
• Verify material receiving inspections, MTCs, traceability, identification, preservation, storage, and handling.

NCRs, Audits, and Reporting

• Raise, review, and close NCRs; conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in internal, supplier, subcontractor, external, and ADNOC Offshore audits.
• Maintain quality records, review turnover dossiers and manufacturing record books, and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Coordinate quality matters with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Welding Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 15 years of QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, offshore, or petrochemical projects.
• At least 5 years of ADNOC, ADNOC Offshore, Saudi Aramco, QatarEnergy, or major Middle East offshore project experience.
• Strong experience with offshore platforms, pipelines, topsides, brownfield, and greenfield projects.
• Experience in fabrication yards, offshore construction, and commissioning activities.

Preferred Certifications

• Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001 is preferred.
• CSWIP 3.1/3.2, BGAS, NACE, API, or equivalent certifications are advantageous.
