- Proficient in CRM platforms, WhatsApp Business, and digital catalogs

- Bilingual Arabic and English strongly preferred

Role Overview
- We are seeking a poised and strategic Showroom Specialist for our luxury home decor, furniture, and lighting brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Happiness First: Ensure every visitor receives an exceptional, memorable, and personalized hospitality experience.
- Always On Mobile Response: Manage the company mobile device; answer all VIP calls and WhatsApp messages immediately.
- Showroom Consultation: Expertly guide and advise affluent clients, interior designers, and architects on furniture and lighting curation.
- Deal Closing & Strategy: Follow up with leads via digital tools using bespoke strategies to move clients to purchase.
- Daily Strategic Feedback: Submit daily updates to management analyzing client feedback and closing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
