Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome clients and provide expert product insights
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored luxury solutions
- Build long term client relationships and follow up post visit
- Maintain showroom displays and ensure price tags and product codes are accurate
- Attend company mobile during working hours and log customer communications
- Meet and exceed individual and showroom sales targets
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and receipts
- Submit daily sales activity reports
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge and stay informed on design trends
- Support teammates during high traffic periods and participate in training
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, showroom sales, or customer service (luxury retail preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in Arabic (preferred)
- Experience with CRM or POS systems (preferred)

Qualifications & Requirements
