- Prepare periodic reports on contracts and sales
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Marketing, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in sales contracts, preferably in real estate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Odoo is preferred
- High communication, organizational, and accuracy skills

- إعداد ومراجعة عقود المبيعات وفق السياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة.
- التنسيق مع الإدارات ذات العلاقة لاستكمال إجراءات التعاقد.
- متابعة توقيع العقود وأرشفتها وإدارة سجلاتها.
- مراجعة المستندات والتأكد من اكتمالها قبل إصدار العقود.
- متابعة التعديلات والتجديدات الخاصة بالعقود.
- إعداد التقارير الدورية الخاصة بالعقود والمبيعات.
المؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، القانون، التسويق، أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال عقود المبيعات، ويفضل في القطاع العقاري.
- إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office.
- يفضل الإلمام بأنظمة ERP مثل Odoo.
- مهارات عالية في التواصل والتنظيم والدقة في العمل.
