About the Role
دياري | Dyari is seeking a Facilities Specialist in Riyadh to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate with contractors, and ensure facility compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure work is carried out according to contracts
- Follow up on maintenance requests and close them within the specified time
- Conduct inspection tours of buildings and facilities and record observations
- Follow up on cleaning, security, operations, and support services
- Prepare periodic reports on facility status and submit them to management
- Monitor inventory and requests for materials and spare parts needed for maintenance
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health requirements
- Contribute to improving operational efficiency and reducing breakdowns and costs
- Execute any other related tasks assigned by the direct manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in facilities management or maintenance and operations
- Preference for experience in real estate development or building management and operations companies

- متابعة أعمال النظافة والأمن والتشغيل والخدمات المساندة.
- إعداد تقارير دورية عن حالة المرافق ورفعها للإدارة.
- متابعة المخزون وطلبات المواد وقطع الغيار اللازمة للصيانة.
- التأكد من الالتزام باشتراطات السلامة والصحة المهنية.
- المساهمة في تحسين كفاءة التشغيل وتقليل الأعطال والتكاليف.
- تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى ذات صلة يكلف بها من قبل المدير المباشر.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة المرافق أو إدارة الأعمال أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
الخبرة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال إدارة المرافق أو الصيانة والتشغيل.
- يفضل وجود خبرة في شركات التطوير العقاري أو إدارة وتشغيل المباني.
