Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site مستشار عقاري (Real Estate Consultant) role based in Riyadh.
  • The Real Estate Consultant will advise clients on buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties, ensuring that their needs and preferences are clearly understood and met.
  • Daily responsibilities include conducting property tours, preparing and presenting property information, and maintaining up to date knowledge of local market trends, regulations, and pricing.
  • The role also involves managing client relationships, negotiating offers and contracts, coordinating with internal teams and external partners (such as developers and legal advisors), and following up to ensure smooth transaction completion.
  • The consultant is expected to maintain accurate records in CRM systems, participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property markets, preferably within Riyadh and broader KSA.
  • Proven Sales experience, including meeting or exceeding targets and converting leads into successful transactions.
  • Effective Negotiation skills to manage offers, contracts, and client expectations in a professional manner.
  • Ability to deliver and receive Training, supporting continuous learning and sharing of best practices within the team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long term client relationships.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and follow up.
  • Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM systems for managing client data and property information.
  • Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in real estate consulting, brokerage, or property management is preferred.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in business, real estate, or a related field is beneficial.
