Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh for an Area Sales Manager.
The Area Sales Manager will oversee regional sales operations, establish and nurture client relationships, and develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities also include team management, monitoring performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
The role requires a strong focus on market analysis and customer engagement to ensure long-term success.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation Skills: Expertise in sales management, client engagement, and contract negotiations.
- Leadership and Team Management: Proven experience in supervising teams, setting goals, and driving team performance.
- Market Analysis and Strategic Planning: Strong ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and implement sales strategies.
- Communication and Relationship Building: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Organisational Skills: Proficiency in time management, multitasking, and setting clear priorities.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English is highly desirable.
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the real estate or property investment sector is an advantage.
