岗位职责
- 负责中东区域电力市场新渠道挖掘与开发，重点深耕沙特、阿联酋和阿曼市场。
- 维护存量合作市场资源，巩固品牌市场占有率，搭建区域市场运营体系。
- 开发并维护电力总包单位、大型能源国企和工程集成商等核心客户。
- 负责客户商务对接、关系维护和长期战略合作搭建，挖掘潜在合作需求。
- 负责销售项目跟进、商务谈判、合同评审、签约落地及项目生产、交付和履约管理。
- 协调内外部资源，及时解决项目履约过程中的问题。
- 落实区域销售指标，完成订单销售额、回款率和毛利率等经营目标。
- 调研电力行业政策、市场行情、竞品动态和项目招投标信息，为市场策略和产品业务优化提供支持。
- 学习海外电力行业新规、商务知识和属地化运营规则，提升市场销售及项目运营能力。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，专业为电气工程、自动化、电子信息、通信工程、计算机或相关理工类专业。
- 具备2年及以上电力行业技术、市场、商务或销售相关工作经验。
- 具备扎实的电力行业专业基础和商务谈判能力。
- 有中东区域电力市场常驻、开发或运维经验者优先。
- 具备较强的市场开拓能力、结果导向、执行力和抗压能力。
- 可接受在阿联酋、阿曼、沙特长期常驻及区域出差。
- 具备良好的中英文沟通、商务洽谈和统筹协调能力。
- 能够独立对接海外大客户、政府及合作方资源。
- 具备自主学习、市场洞察、问题解决和团队协作能力。
工作地点
- 描述中的工作地点为迪拜。
- 岗位涉及沙特、阿联酋和阿曼等中东市场的长期常驻及区域出差。
