Role Overview
MAN ENERGY is seeking a Business Development Engineer to develop project opportunities in Saudi Arabia.
The role covers solar photovoltaic, battery energy storage, data center, power infrastructure, and irrigation pumping projects.
The position combines technical understanding with hands-on business development to convert qualified opportunities into awarded projects.
Location and Work Arrangement
- Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Employment is full-time and the role is on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop opportunities across solar PV, battery storage, data centers, power infrastructure, and irrigation pumping.
- Build relationships with owners, developers, EPC contractors, consultants, industrial clients, agricultural operators, and partners across Saudi Arabia.
- Understand client requirements, project scope, budgets, procurement processes, and decision-making structures.
- Arrange client meetings and site visits.
- Develop technical solutions, feasibility inputs, proposals, quotations, and tender submissions with engineering and commercial teams.
- Manage opportunities from lead generation and qualification through presentations, negotiations, contract closure, and handover.
