- Provide technical support and guidance to authorized service centers for complex vehicle diagnosis and repair
- Lead root cause investigations for major, repeated, and safety related vehicle issues
- Review and approve warranty claims in accordance with company policies and technical standards
- Analyze warranty trends, warranty costs, and returned parts to identify improvement opportunities
- Monitor market quality information and coordinate corrective actions with headquarters and dealers
- Organize technical training programs and technical communications for dealer service personnel
- Support customer complaint investigations and technical escalations
- Ensure dealer compliance with GAC after sales service standards and operational requirements
- Coordinate with R&D, Quality, and After Sales teams to drive product quality improvement initiatives
- Support technical campaigns, field investigations, and service improvement projects across the region
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in automotive after sales technical support, warranty management, or dealer service operations
- Experience working with an automotive OEM or authorized dealer network
- Strong vehicle diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities
- Experience in warranty claim review, goodwill warranty management, and warranty cost analysis
- Familiarity with market quality monitoring, root cause analysis, and product quality improvement processes
- Ability to conduct technical training and support dealer service capability development
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Fluent English communication skills
