Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and after sales service guidance to authorized dealers and service centers across the Middle East
- Coordinate market quality issues, collect field technical information, and communicate technical feedback to headquarters
- Review warranty claims to ensure compliance with GAC warranty policies, technical standards, and claim procedures
- Support customer complaint investigations and manage goodwill warranty cases to improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor recurring vehicle issues, analyze market quality trends, and assist headquarters in product quality improvement
- Organize technical training programs and service communications for dealer technicians and service personnel
- Support dealer service operations and ensure compliance with GAC after sales service standards, policies, and operational requirements
- Coordinate with Quality, R&D, Product Engineering, and Headquarters After Sales teams to support technical improvements and field issue resolution
- Monitor dealer service performance and assist in improving customer satisfaction, service quality, and operational efficiency
- Support regional technical campaigns, service improvement initiatives, and other after sales projects assigned by management
- Support dealer development, monitor dealer performance, and continuously improve after sales service capability across the region
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in automotive after sales service, dealer technical support, warranty management, or service operations
- Experience working with an automotive OEM, National Sales Company (NSC), Regional Office, or Authorized Dealer Network
- Strong understanding of automotive after sales operations, dealer service management, warranty administration, and customer complaint handling
- Experience supporting dealer technical issues, market quality reporting, and service improvement initiatives
- Ability to conduct technical training and support dealer capability development
- Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel across the Middle East region when required

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The After Sales Technical & Service Manager will be responsible for supporting and improving after sales service operations across the Middle East dealer network.
- The role focuses on dealer technical support, warranty management, market quality monitoring, customer complaint handling, dealer capability development, and ensuring compliance with GAC after sales service standards.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Middle East automotive market.
- Experience with Japanese, Korean, Chinese, or other global automotive brands.
- Experience in dealer technical support, warranty management, or service quality improvement.
- Familiarity with EV products and new energy vehicle technologies is an advantage.
- Arabic language skills are a plus.
