Role Overview
The General Manager will lead the management, operation, and expansion of a cafe and bakery business.
The role will lead two existing branches and oversee the opening plan for three new branches.
The position is based at the company headquarters in Riyadh.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead operational and financial performance across all branches.
- Increase sales and profitability and improve customer experience.
- Oversee new branch openings from preparation and setup through operation.
- Build and develop the management and operations team.
- Control product and service quality, costs, and waste.
- Standardise operating procedures and standards between branches.
- Prepare reports and KPIs for executive management.
- Prepare the brand for sustainable expansion and franchising.
Requirements
- At least seven years of experience in cafes, bakeries, or restaurants.
- Proven experience managing multiple branches and opening new branches.
- Strong understanding of sales, profitability, costs, and inventory management.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and field follow-up capability.
- Ability to prepare and monitor key performance indicators.
