Lead the management, operation, and expansion of a café and bakery business.
Manage two existing branches and oversee the opening plan for three new branches.
Key responsibilities
- Lead operational and financial performance across all branches.
- Increase sales and profitability and improve customer experience.
- Oversee new branch openings from preparation through launch and operations.
- Build and develop the management and operations team.
- Control product and service quality, costs, and waste.
- Standardize operating procedures and standards across branches.
- Prepare reports and performance indicators for executive management.
- Prepare the brand for sustainable expansion and franchising.
Requirements
- At least seven years of experience in cafés, bakeries, or restaurants.
- Proven experience managing multiple branches and opening new branches.
- Strong understanding of sales, profitability, costs, and inventory management.
- High leadership ability with strong team-building and field follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in preparing and monitoring performance indicators.
- Experience with local or regional fast-growing brands is preferred.
