Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Specialist role based in Riyadh.
Maintain and monitor hotel and resort IT systems, including networks, servers, user devices, and hotel management applications.
Support hotel operations by ensuring technology systems contribute to reliable guest services.
Responsibilities
- Resolve technical issues involving hardware, software, and connectivity.
- Perform system updates and backups.
- Ensure network security protocols are followed.
- Support staff with hardware and software inquiries.
- Collaborate with hotel operations teams on technology support for guest services.
- Document IT procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment and software maintenance.
- Assist with IT improvements involving reliability, performance, and data protection.
Qualifications
- Strong Information Technology fundamentals and practical experience in hotel, hospitality, or service-oriented environments.
- Skills in network administration and network security.
- Troubleshooting ability for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Customer service skills and clear technical communication.
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, common business applications, and basic server management.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and task prioritization skills.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- CompTIA Network+, Security+, or equivalent certifications are advantageous.
- Proficiency in English.
