Responsibilities
- Conduct jet ski safety briefings and operational instructions before each tour.
- Lead guided jet ski tours while ensuring guest safety at all times.
- Inspect and maintain jet skis and safety equipment before and after use.
- Monitor weather and sea conditions before tours.
- Assist guests with life jackets and equipment fitting.
- Report any accidents, incidents, or equipment issues immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of all equipment.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
- Ensure compliance with UAE maritime safety regulations and company SOPs.
- Assist in promoting and upselling water sports activities when appropriate.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Jet Ski Instructor or Watersports Instructor
- Strong swimming skills
- Valid jet ski operation certification or equivalent (preferred)
- CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage
