Job Summary

  • The HR Personnel Coordinator is responsible for managing day to day personnel administration, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law, maintaining employee records, supporting payroll, and coordinating onboarding, offboarding, and visa related processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee personnel files and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, contract renewals, and probation follow ups.
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, certificates, and other HR documents.
  • Coordinate visa, Emirates ID, labour card, and work permit processes with the PRO.
  • Review attendance, leave, overtime, and prepare monthly payroll inputs.
  • Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports, trackers, and support HR audits.
  • Respond to employee HR related inquiries while maintaining confidentiality.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of UAE HR Personnel experience.
  • Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR documentation.
  • Experience with HRIS, Microsoft Office, and payroll coordination.
  • Hospitality or multi company group experience is preferred.
