Java - Lead

Must-have Skills/Experiences and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:

Computer science or similar education background.

(please identify # of years’ experience required for each)

Strong java with spring and multithreading experience

Messaging system experience (involving topics and queues)

Experience designing and developing big enterprise systems

Experience in unix scripting and RDBMS Sql (e.g. sql server)

Experience managing teams, and ensuring delivery from offshore

Nice-to-have Skills/Experience and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:

Capital markets work experience

Reference data (securities, trading books, client data, etc)

Other systems involving large data (e.g. RDBMS with large data)

Soft Skills:

Good team player.

Solution developer, problem solver, with creative thinking.

Seeks to know the wider picture. Develops good understanding of project beyond specific assigned tasks.

Self and fast learner. Takes ownership of deliverables and provides timely delivery and updates.
