• 5 to 10 yrs Experience

• Work as L3 support in production support engagement.

• Experience supporting multiple applications in production environment, given the exposure to production systems, candidate should have excellent understanding of how production systems work

• Strong debugging skills and experience doing root cause analyses and providing quicker workarounds and defect fixes
