Introduction
This position is based in the GlobalFoundries India center in Bengaluru and supports digital manufacturing for 300mm and 200mm wafer fabs across Singapore, the USA, and Dresden.
The candidate will create, support, and maintain internal services and Java applications used by fab teams.
Your Job
- Design, develop, test, debug, and implement applications supporting critical manufacturing fab operations and engineering tasks using Spring Boot and Angular.
- Applications are containerized using Docker, orchestrated through AWS ECS, and deployed on AWS EC2 instances.
- Work with fab stakeholders to translate their needs into predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing data domain group to build productionalized and scalable predictive and prescriptive analytics data pipelines.
Other Responsibilities
- Work with users, developers, database administrators, engineers, and other groups when implementing functionality or fixing application issues.
- Support day-to-day operations and troubleshooting.
