Java - Engineer

Mandatory Skills: Hibernate, Microservices + REST APIs, Spring Boot, Java 17+, JPA Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain scalable Java applications ensuring clean, reusable, and maintainable code aligned with engineering standards. Build and consume RESTful APIs with proper validation, exception handling, and secure communication practices. Write clean, modular, and reusable code following object-oriented principles and design patterns such as Singleton, Factory, and MVC. Implement business logic and backend integrations to support seamless interaction between applications, databases, and external systems. Work with relational databases by writing optimized SQL queries and ensuring efficient data access and transaction handling. Follow secure coding, quality, and development standards to minimize defects and improve application reliability. Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to resolve functional and performance-related issues efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support testing, deployment, and end-to-end delivery. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. Support CI/CD processes including build automation, deployment activities, and environment configuration. Continuously learn modern Java frameworks, tools, and cloud technologies to improve development efficiency and delivery quality.
