- Responsible for the installation, deployment, implementation, user training, and technical support of laboratory informatics solutions
- Lead system integration and interface testing with hospital HIS, LIS, EMR, and other third party systems
- Communicate effectively with hospital IT departments, third party vendors, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Troubleshoot software, database, server, and network related issues, and coordinate with headquarters R&D and technical support teams to resolve complex problems
- Serve as the key technical liaison between the local subsidiary and headquarters, providing customer feedback and project updates to drive continuous product improvement
- Enhance customer satisfaction and support the growth of regional healthcare informatics business
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare IT, laboratory informatics, or software implementation and delivery
- Familiarity with healthcare information systems such as LIS, HIS, and EMR, as well as system integration projects
- Experience with Windows/Linux servers, PGSQL databases, and basic networking concepts
- Strong capabilities in system integration, interface troubleshooting, and technical problem solving
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Strong communication, coordination, customer service, and cross cultural collaboration skills
