- Help manage, plan, and operate events and campaigns, even on the day of the event
- Oversee daily business, ensure everything runs smoothly and aligns with internal processes and ITP Sport’s goals
- Help manage time, tasks, information and scheduling for other members of ITP Sport
- Optimize processes and suggest and brainstorm ideas for management and organization
- Manage resources and allocate staff and equipment
- Bridge the gap between different teams within ITP Media Group and between ITP Sport and associated brands
- Bookkeeping and managing emails, processing invoices, and keeping track of tasks
- Schedule meetings and book conference rooms
Requirements
- Able to multitask long term and under stress
- Must be good problem solvers
- Should be able to learn how ITP Media Group and ITP Sport works for problem solving purposes
- Be strong and assertive communicators
- Must be able to take initiative with confidence
- Should have very strong organizational skills

Overview
- ITP Sport, a branch of ITP media group involved in sports events such as Spartan and Tough Mudder, is looking for driven individuals for ITP Sport and Spartan Race with logistics and tasks.
- Interns with this role will have to help with managing, scheduling, problem solving, and follow ups.
- They must manage and communicate with other members of the ITP Sport team and must be able to deal with having multiple long term tasks at once.
Key Responsibilities
- Help Manage, plan, and operate events and campaigns, even on the day of the event.
