About the Role
ITP Sport is looking for driven individuals to join as Sport Operations and Admin Interns. You will help manage, plan, and operate sports events like Spartan and Tough Mudder, handling logistics, scheduling, and team coordination.

Responsibilities
- Help manage, plan, and operate events and campaigns, including on event days
- Oversee daily business operations to ensure alignment with internal processes and goals
- Manage time, tasks, information, and scheduling for other team members
- Optimize processes and brainstorm ideas for management and organization
- Manage resources and allocate staff and equipment
- Bridge gaps between different teams within ITP Media Group and associated brands
- Handle bookkeeping, manage emails, process invoices, and track task completion
- Schedule meetings and book conference rooms
Requirements
- Able to multitask long term and under stress
- Good problem solving skills
- Strong and assertive communication skills
- Ability to take initiative with confidence
- Very strong organizational skills

Role Overview
- ITP Sport, a branch of ITP Media Group, is involved in sports events such as Spartan and Tough Mudder.
- Interns will help with managing, scheduling, problem solving, and follow ups.
- Must manage and communicate with other team members and handle multiple long term tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Help Manage, plan, and operate events and campaigns, even on the day of the event.
- Overseeing daily business, ensure that everything runs smoothly and aligns with internal processes and with ITP Sport’s Goals.
- Must help manage time, tasks, information and scheduling for other members of ITP Sport.
- Optimize processes and suggest and brainstorm ideas for management and organization.
- Manage resources and allocate staff and equipment.
- Bridging the gap between different teams within ITP Media Group and between ITP Sport and associated Brands.
- Bookkeeping and managing emails, processing invoices, and keeping track of tasks.
- Scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms.
Requirements
