Italian/English Operations & Project Coordination Intern (Unpaid)

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily office operations and administrative coordination
• Work closely with the CEO on communication, follow-ups, scheduling, and task handling
• Coordinate interns and help track their tasks, deadlines, and day-to-day progress
• Assist in organizing internal projects and making sure actions move forward on time
• Follow up with team members to keep work structured, clear, and accountable
• Help prepare updates, notes, trackers, and simple reports for ongoing activities
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other digital tools to support daily operations, communication, research, and task management
• Assist with general business coordination tasks as needed in a fast-paced office environment

Requirements

• Fluent Italian and fluent English, both written and spoken
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Responsible, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple tasks
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow through
• Comfortable working directly with leadership and coordinating with junior team members
• Basic confidence with digital tools such as Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and task trackers
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT is a plus
• Must be based in Dubai or ready to work on-site in Dubai
