- Track objections, lost deal reasons, and client feedback
- Follow company approval rules before any external pricing or commitment
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years in B2B sales, business development, or enterprise sales
- Practical, regular experience using AI tools
- Strong CRM experience
- Lead generation, outreach, and proposal support experience
- Strong written and spoken English
- Available to work on site in Dubai

- This is not a traditional sales role — you'll use AI tools every day for research, outreach, meeting prep, and CRM work.
What you'll do
- Generate and qualify B2B leads and research decision makers
- Use AI tools for lead research, outreach drafting, and sales preparation
- Book qualified discovery meetings and prepare account briefs and follow ups
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates

What you need
- Minimum three plus years in B2B sales, business development, or enterprise sales
- Practical, regular experience using AI tools
- Strong CRM experience
- Lead generation, outreach, and proposal support experience
- Strong written and spoken English and good commercial judgment
- Available to work on site in Dubai
Nice to have
- Experience with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zapier, or Make
