About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine for an ultra-luxury resort in the Maldives. You will lead a luxury specialty restaurant, specializing in handmade pasta, seafood, and Mediterranean cuisine.

- Develop and execute menus featuring handmade pasta, seafood, and Mediterranean cuisine
- Manage kitchen operations, including food costing and inventory
- Ensure HACCP and food safety standards

Requirements
- Chef de Cuisine or experienced Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
- Proven experience in luxury or ultra luxury hotels, resorts, or fine dining restaurants
- Strong expertise in handmade pasta, regional specialties, risotto, premium seafood, antipasti, artisanal breads, and contemporary Mediterranean gastronomy
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of HACCP, food safety, menu development, food costing, inventory management, and kitchen operations

- Proven experience in luxury or ultra luxury hotels, resorts, or fine dining restaurants.
- Strong expertise in handmade pasta, regional specialties, risotto, premium seafood, antipasti, artisanal breads, and contemporary Mediterranean gastronomy.
- Previous experience leading a luxury specialty restaurant.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of HACCP, food safety, menu development, food costing, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Comfortable living and working in a remote island environment.
- Previous island resort experience would be an advantage.
