Who You Are
- Senior level experience in luxury wellness, luxury hospitality, or premium spa environments.
- Experience with European luxury spas or internationally recognised wellness brands is highly preferred.
- Excellent spoken English.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service, professionalism, and authentic care.
- Someone who genuinely embodies wellbeing and leads by example.
- Warm, polished, and naturally guest focused, with the ability to deliver a genuine 5 star/VIP guest experience.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences.
