- Strong knowledge of pain relief techniques
- Experience with energy balancing and restorative therapies
- Ability to design personalised wellness programmes
- Senior level experience in luxury wellness, luxury hospitality, or premium spa environments
- Experience with European luxury spas or internationally recognised wellness brands highly preferred
- Excellent spoken English
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service, professionalism, and authentic care
