- Ensure security and upgrades are applied to desktops and laptops, maintaining firewall and virus protection software
- Report faults and maintain logs on desktops, laptops, and other peripherals
- Manage workflow
Requirements
- 1 5 years of experience in IT support
- Experience installing and configuring desktops, laptops, software, systems, networks, printers/scanners, and IP telephones
- Ability to troubleshoot system and network issues, diagnose and solve hardware or software faults
- Knowledge of security and upgrade procedures for desktops and laptops
- Experience with firewall and virus protection software
- Ability to maintain logs for equipment and users
