Perform IT installations, structured cabling, maintenance, and technical support at customer locations.
Handle routine field work independently and assist IT Engineers with larger infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure desktops, laptops, Windows, and business applications.
- Install and troubleshoot printers and office peripherals.
- Diagnose common hardware, software, LAN, and Wi-Fi issues.
- Install network switches, access points, and related equipment.
- Perform structured cabling and network installations.
- Complete RJ45, patch-panel, and keystone termination.
- Install and organize network racks and cabinets.
- Test, label, and troubleshoot network cabling.
- Perform professional rack and cable management.
- Assist engineers with servers, firewalls, and infrastructure projects.
- Provide first-line customer technical support.
- Replace and upgrade computer and network hardware.
Experience Requirement
- 2–3+ years of experience.
- Routine field work must be performed independently.
Technical Knowledge
- PC and laptop hardware, Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, and basic TCP/IP networking.
- LAN and Wi-Fi, switches and access points, structured cabling, RJ45, patch panels, and network racks.
- Cable testing and troubleshooting.
Compensation
- Salary is SAR 3,000 per month, all-inclusive.
