Role Overview
OVEEQ Technologies is seeking an experienced IT Engineer / Systems & Network Engineer in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The role designs, implements, configures, troubleshoots, and supports IT infrastructure solutions.
The engineer independently handles projects from site survey and solution design through BOM preparation, implementation, documentation, and handover.
The role also supports the sales team with technical and pre-sales requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct customer site surveys and technical assessments.
- Design IT infrastructure solutions and prepare bills of materials.
- Provide technical and pre-sales support for customer requirements and RFQs.
- Install and configure servers, storage, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
- Configure VLANs, routing, VPNs, DHCP, DNS, and related network services.
- Deploy and support Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
- Implement virtualization, backup, and disaster-recovery solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex network, server, security, and infrastructure issues.
- Perform migrations, upgrades, and new infrastructure deployments.
- Provide L2 and L3 technical support.
- Supervise and guide technicians during installations.
- Test, document, and hand over completed projects while coordinating with vendors and distributors.
Experience and Technical Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is required.
- Candidates should be able to independently manage projects from site survey and solution design through implementation, troubleshooting, documentation, and handover.
- Technical knowledge includes Cisco, HPE, Aruba, Fortinet, Sophos, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
- The role requires knowledge of VLANs, routing, VPNs, DHCP, DNS, virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery.
Compensation and Vacancy
- The salary is SAR 5,000 per month on an all-inclusive basis.
- One vacancy is available.

- The position is based in Al Malaz, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- The employment type is full-time.
- Customer site surveys, installations, and infrastructure deployments are central to the role.
