Key Responsibilities
- Deliver desk-side support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and systems issues for end users.
- Install, upgrade, and maintain personal computer hardware, software, and local servers.
- Support infrastructure strategies covering Active Directory, networking, backup solutions, and disaster recovery.
- Own local IT controls and compliance requirements, including SOX Key Controls, Cyber Essentials, and CMMC.
- Lead site-level IT projects using Agile methodologies and track KPIs for continuous improvement.
- Participate in planned after-hours on-call duties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent education and experience.
- At least 2 years of hands-on application or infrastructure support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory.
- Experience with PC hardware maintenance and ITSM ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
- Strong problem-solving, customer service, and time-management skills with independent working ability.
