Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand processes, identify pain points, and recommend digitalization, automation, and AI solutions.
- Translate business requirements into solution designs, workflows, and implementation plans.
- Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
- Build and optimize workflow automations using Power Automate.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data insights using Power BI.
- Manage data solutions using Dataverse, SharePoint, and related Microsoft platforms.
- Use Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and similar AI-assisted development tools to build prototypes and solutions.
- Explore and implement Copilot Studio, AI Agents, and generative AI solutions.
- Troubleshoot and improve deployed applications and automation solutions.
- Work with business and technical teams to support solution delivery and user adoption.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
- Familiarity with Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for translating business needs into practical solutions.
- Experience with AI-powered development tools and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Basic programming knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or similar, with code troubleshooting ability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering digital transformation, automation, or AI implementation projects.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Agents, or enterprise AI solutions.
- Experience in business process improvement and workflow optimization.
- A portfolio or examples of Power Platform, automation, or AI-related projects.
