About the Role

Responsibilities
- Install and terminate LAN network cables
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV camera systems
- Format computers and install Windows operating systems
- Install and configure software, drivers, and business applications
- Configure Android and iPhone devices, including email accounts, data transfer, and required applications
- Provide day to day IT support to end users and resolve hardware and software issues
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting for network devices, PCs, and peripherals
- Assist in maintaining IT inventory and ensuring equipment is functioning properly
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support or similar role
- Good knowledge of LAN cabling and network installations
- Experience with CCTV installation and configuration
- Strong knowledge of Windows installation, formatting, and software deployment
- Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, Routers, Switches, Wi Fi)
- Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- UAE driving license is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
