A client is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide remote technical assistance for end users.
The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues to support seamless operations and a remote workforce.
Location and Work Arrangement

Job Type and Payout

- The payout is $30-$55 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end users through remote support.
- Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Respond to and prioritize service desk tickets in accordance with service-level agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of support activities and solutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address recurring technical issues.
- Support remote workforce requirements and maintain IT infrastructure reliability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.
- Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems and common productivity software.
- Experience with remote desktop tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical solutions to non-technical users.
